The Gulfport Municipal Marina is conveniently located between the Pinellas Point ramps, and those of St. Pete Beach. If you take 46th St. until it ends you'll run right into the marina or head South on 49th St. and take a left on 29th Ave. S and you can't miss it on the right hand side.

There is only one ramp for boaters but it is a double-wide so there is plenty of room to get two boats in and out at the same time. The incline looked good, as well as the depth around the ramp so bigger boats shouldn't have any problem getting in and out.

There is a $5 launch fee and plenty of parking, some designated as for trailers only, so finding a spot shouldn't be an issue on a normal weekend but holidays might be very different.

Another benefit of Gulfport Marina is that gasoline and diesel are available at the docks, as well as, live shrimp, frozen bait, tackle, snacks, sandwiches and ice.
