TampaBayCharter.com is pleased to offer these fishing blogs as a service to the local recreational fishing community. It is our sincere hope that they will be utilized fully and as intended, to give a voice to our local community and provide unique, valuable, informative or entertaining information to our visitors.

We have established the following terms of service to maintain the overall quality of our site and to eliminate any confusion about acceptable practices and/or material.

• All content must be family friendly. Under no circumstances will any reference to adult content or links to similar be excused or tolerated. Your account will be suspended on the first offense.
• No racial or religious intolerance will be permitted. Any reference to a specific race, ethnicity, religious or sexual orientation in an insensitive or offensive manner will be cause for the suspension of your account. Links to similar content is also forbidden.
• All content must be unique and written by the blogger. The content of their blog is their sole responsibility, TampaBayCharter.com or S & J Enterprises Inc. cannot be held liable for any claims resulting from the blog.
• Tampa Bay Charter is the copyright holder to all blog content and reserves the right to edit or delete the text and images as they see fit.
• If any information is borrowed or paraphrased from another source, the originating source must be cited as a reference.
• Links to other sites in your profile and within your blog posts are permitted as long as they are not excessive and appropriate to your content. Excessive linking or links to inappropriate material will be cause for the suspension of your account.
• Spam, in any form, will not be tolerated. Spam is difficult to define but we know it when we see it and it will result in a warning with repeated offenses resulting in the forfeiture of your account.
• Any updates, revisions to these terms of service will supercede any previous versions and be applied retroactively.
• Tampa Bay Charter reserves the right to suspend blogger accounts that are determined not be adding value to the site at their sole discretion.
