Site Quality Guidelines:
- All TBC sites are for use by fishing charter captains and related fishing businesses only at this time.
- All sites must be of unique content and reasonable quality.
- All sites must abide by the major search engines terms of service.
- All site owners must refrain from link spam. The selling of links, excessive reciprocal links, etc.

Rights, Fees & Responsibilities:
- All fees are payable in advance and must be received, in full before any work begins.
- Payments are deliverable by credit card through PayPal or by by check, standard mail.
- Either party may cancel services at any time with a 30 day notice to the other party.
- Cancellations by TampaBayCharter, other than for non-payment, in the first year will receive prorated refund of the set up fee and hosting/support fees.
- Cancellations by TampaBayCharter, other than for non-payment, after the first year will receive a prorated refund for the remaining term of their subscription minus any credit card fees.
- Cancellations by site owners will result in the prorated refund for the hosting & support fees 30 days from notification but will not be entitled to a refund of any set up fees.
- In the event of a cancellation, all content stored in the database will be made available for download at the clients convenience, as well as, any associated images.

Additional Guidelines:
- TBC website owners are solely responsible for the content on their sites.
- Site owners hold the copyright for 100% of the site contents (text and images).
- All of our code is proprietary and the copyright of TampaBayCharter.com & S & J Enterprises Inc.
- All TBC sites must be hosted on a TBC server and site owners will not have access to the source code.
- All of our tutorials, help files and support is intended solely for the use of our CMS clients and is the copyright of TampaBayCharter.com & S & J Enterprises Inc.
