We have been updating our Bay Area Boat Ramps page and feel that it's a pretty good resource for area boaters. If you're looking for a place to launch in the area you can now get an idea where the closest one might be just by looking at the map.

When you click an icon, you'll get the name, physical address of the ramp and the opportunity to get driving directions. You can zoom in, drag the map and if you click on the full sized link, you'll get a bigger version.

We will be adding more ramps as time goes on so if your favorite isn't represented please post it here in this thread.

We will also be expanding the data to include detailed comments on each ramp so if you have any feedback about a particular ramp we would appreciate you posting it here. (eg hours of operation, fees or free, ramp quality, parking, pictures, access for larger boats, etc.)
