| Well w the kids off for spring break, I decided to take the family out for a day on the boat. We spent a couple of hours on a local beach and the kids built their sand castles and chased the birds.
Next was fishing time. After netting about 200 whitebait in two throws, I tried some spots in the immediate area. The first bait to hit the water was inhaled by a 30 inch snook which My nephew Brandon and daughter Ashley tag teamed up to land. It was Brandons first saltwater trip and man is he hooked. I believe the words were "Im gonna grow and be just like you. This is awesome."
A half dozen more snook were landed w corked whitebaits before we decided to go to another spot.
Brandons landed the first sheepshead of the day. His words were. " Hes got teeth like a human that doesnt brush."
2 spots- 6 snook 6 sheeps and a bunch of ladies
