I had the pleasure of taking out Vinny his son John and his nephew Brad out today. None of which had ever caught a snook before so they were siked. We decided to go for it even though it was against the weather mans reports and they were glad we did.It turned out to be a short 3hr trip due to the weather but all three of them caught multiple Snook. We get to the area and no one was around and it was cool out and over cast quiet pleasant a change from melting. With the well full of plenty of bait I throw a few freebies out and within 30 second the water erupts with three nice slams.I say ok boys at least we know they are home and their faces lit up with excitement.Within a short time John gets his first fish on and its his first Snook high fives, pics and back at it we go.Well John liked when I would cast for him since he was catching fish when I did. We shuffled people around the boat also to get everyone in the mix. Then Brad gets hooked up with his first and now its Vinny's turn but John has the hot hand with Snook and trout coming to the boat. Then Vinny gets his first Snook followed by a trout and then Brad gets a trout and now we need the Reds to move in but we need the tide to come in a little more for the reds to move in.I make a small move and I see some nice Snook and about 10 mins later John pulls one of them to the boat a nice 30 inch model that fought all the way.Since everyone had a great time and the weather was getting on top of us we called it a day and went home with smiles on our faces. All fish were caught on white bait on the flats freelined with 30lb fluoro and 10 lb braid.

Here are a few pics from the trip
