Well, all I have to say is, this weather really stinks BUT...I took a charter out also on Saturday and it went pretty well even though it rained most of the day. One on the guys on my boat had never caught salt water fish period. So, I was a bit excited to get him hooked on anything. We started the day out catching bait and that's when the first rain spell came. We fished anyway and ended up catching a BUNCH of trout right away. Most of them too small but we hooked 2 nice trout. One 21in and the other 18in. Otter (the guy who never caught saltwater fish before) hooked a ray as big as the hood of a full size pickup truck. That was pretty excited for him. We had to cut the line. That's when the major storm came through so we had to run for cover for 2 hrs. After that, we went back out again and tore up the redfish and snook. Again, Otter caught his first red and trout. I had a total of 5 anglers on the boat and everyone caught nice fish. So our trip last about 8hrs but it was well worth it. See our pics below,
