After wakin up at about 11 am, I finished my health homework. Looked at the tides, weather, and solunars. Looked great for the beach, so I loaded the kayak on my car and headed off. The bait was tough, I only got 3 baits. First cast in the ebbing tide, a mid slot red. 2nd cast I got hammered but the fish unbuttoned. 4th cast, ZZZZZ, saw a big silver flash on the mahora. After a 8-10 minute battle and praying to God that my 20lb leader would hold up. I landed this big girl. Quick pic and set her loose after a short revival. After that the tide slacked and I ran out of bait and called it a day. Not bad, also my biggest roughly 40 inches i measured on my rod.

I'm counting down the days till october! I was gonna go crazy if I didnt go fish, best therapy in the world if you ask me!

I have a tri-pod I carry around for the pictures when I go kayaking myself.
