Have beening catching some real nice trout off anclote just drifting the flats using gulps on 1/8 jigs heads. 4-6 feet of water.

It is important to find the suitable places where freshwater trout fishing is possible. It varies with the geographical location you choose. The cold mountain streams are well suited for trout fishing for both-brown and rainbow trout fishes. Its is a fresh water sport, so it is generally possible to get a good catch during all seasons. Both the seasons are good to carry out fishing, but during winters the lake surface generally gets iced-up, and the trout fishes generally move deeper the surface. However, they only return to surface when the temperature rises up again.
