The recent cold front has really turned on the redfish bite! Schools of up to a hundred fish are roaming the shallows. Took a buddy Steve out fishing who has not been fishing in awhile.
Went to the bait spot and threw a few times and was loaded up with beautiful 4-5 inch whitebait.

So we head out into the bay looking for the bonita that were hammering the bait pods all week. We found loads of bait pods but no bonita and with the tide starting to come in we went to the flats for some reds and snook.
